Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox was a student at the Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She was a harpsichord student and the flautist piano for three years. Lennox lived on the student allowance, and relied in part-time jobs to increase her income. When she was at the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied by her performance when compared with her peers and was contemplating a different route she could take. Lennox was a part of a group known as Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. But she quit before her band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent competition New Faces. She sang lead to The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977-1980. It was during this time that she got to know Dave Stewart with whom she will form the pop duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began working on her solo first album Diva which was released in 1992. The album was an enormous hit both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record came out in November of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favourite soul, jazz and blues songs from her youth. Lepidoptera is a collection of four piano improvisations, was released by Lennox in May of 2019. The E.P. She released her first solo album along with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is an Scottish philanthropist political activist and singer-songwriter. The Tourists were a new-wave group that had some popularity in the latter part of 1970s. Later, Lennox joined her fellow singer-songwriter Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox started her solo career in 1992 with the release of Diva with a number of successful songs such as Why and the song Walking On Broken Glass. Medusa is her album in 1995. studio has version covers of No MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer is acknowledged with seven studio albums by herself and one compilation.
